Retreat Refund policy:

Payments made in full of retreat.

If after payment has been paid in full and if subsequently canceled the following policy applies:

Date of cancellation is more than 12 weeks before the start date of the retreat 30% of the amount paid will be retained as a non-refundable deposit. Therefore the remainder will be refunded back of 70% back to either card or bank to how the payment was made.

Payments made less than 12 weeks before the retreat start date, booking payment becomes non-refundable and 100% of the payment will be retained. If in event that the retreat has to be canceled by Soul Print at any time, then will 100% refund be made back to which the payment was made.
